This community infrastructure project was spearheaded by CCEDA through a series of government-funded initiatives to provide retail/office/studio and gathering space to the community. Located in the heart of Mansons Landing, this commercially zoned lot will meet many community needs with Phase 1 construction completed in the spring of 2025. In 2023 the land was gifted to the Cortes Island Community Foundation who now own and manage the development of this lot.
